Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) California, USA, Marine Corps. Twentynine Palms is a very small town. We drive about 30 minutes to get to our closest Walmart and about an hour and 20 minutes to get to our closest Target. We do have a lot of pools and things to do on the base. Bowling, movies, pools, parks and many many more fun activities.
